Guest Services Agent/Night Audit - CasualRamada by Wyndham Canberra manages two hotels in Canberra as part of the Global Wyndham Hotels & Resorts brand.We are currently seeking a casual employee to join our dynamic and innovative team as part of our Guest Services team.We are seeking someone who is:Committed to providing high quality customer service with a willingness to go above and beyond.Experienced in service and anticipating the needs of customers.Attentive to finer details and accurate reporting.Well-presented and cheerful, with a can-do attitude.Confident in recognising and reporting upon opportunities for improvements to process and operations.Able to work independently and within a team.Available to work over a 7-day roster.Willing to work on a varied roster (Day shifts and Night shifts).Having your own transportation.Experience with Microsoft suite and PMS systems.Other hotel experience (In Housekeeping / Kitchen / Food & Beverage etc.)Training is available for the best candidate.
