Triniti have been engaged by a fantastic Not-for-Profit organisation to source an experienced Change Manager to work on a HCM enterprise-wide system implementation. The role is responsible and accountable for overseeing the organisation's implementation of a new HCM system. In this critical role, you will work closely with leadership and stakeholders to support the effective delivery of business goals.Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Change Management: Lead the full lifecycle of change management for a high-impact HR systems implementation, ensuring smooth adoption and integration across the organisation.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align on a unified approach. Provide guidance and influence to achieve organisational objectives.Change Strategy Execution: Develop and execute tailored change strategies and plans, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement, to ensure the successful adoption of the new HCM system.System-Specific Expertise: Experience with SuccessFactors would be preferred but solid experience across HR systems is key.Qualifications and Experience:Proven success in delivering change within a complex environment, demonstrating the ability to navigate organisational dynamics and influence at all levels.Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and build alignment around key initiatives.A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a focus on delivering results and driving value.Benefits:A Not-for-Profit organisation that is doing great things and making a difference.Work with an experienced, high-performing, and friendly team.Hybrid working available.Initial day rate contract until end of October with a view to extend.
