As we continue to expand our reach in Australia and New Zealand, we are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and reliable individual to join our team as a full-time Admin & Customer Support Coordinator.
The Role
* Respond to customer inquiries across multiple platforms (phone, email, website chat) with warmth and professionalism.
* Manage inventory, process online orders, and handle returns.
* Coordinate office logistics, including postal and courier deliveries.
* Organise travel arrangements for our MAPM team.
* Manage office supplies and stationery orders.
* Handle office expense management and credit card reconciliations.
* Support general administrative tasks as needed across the business.
* Keep customer focus at the forefront of everything you do.
About You
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* A passion for problem-solving and working under pressure.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Intermediate skills in MS Office.
* A team-oriented mindset and ability to multi-task.
* Great time management skills.
