As an Administration Officer in the Infrastructure Planning and Strategy (IP&S) Unit, you will be responsible for delivering high-level administrative services comprehensively, efficiently, and effectively. You will also assist with specific projects as required to ensure the team operates smoothly and efficiently.
We are looking for someone passionate about assisting customers and supporting key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to provide high-level administrative support, work autonomously, and exhibit a high level of initiative and motivation. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to maintain confidentiality.
The Sustainable Infrastructure group aims to maximise value for customers and the community by developing innovative infrastructure plans. Your responsibilities will include:
• Building trust with our people, customers, and community through expert advice and service.
• Managing information quality assurance for the IP&S Unit, including the leadership team.
• Providing high-level support, including minute-taking, agenda preparation, and logistics management.
• Supporting financial and procurement activities.
• Assisting Systems Planning teams with enquiries.
• Ensuring safety and wellbeing priorities through WHS responsibilities.
