Whatever your role at ANZ, you’ll be building your future, while helping to build ours.Role Type: 5 Month Fixed TermRole Location: 833 Collins St, Docklands VIC 3008What will your day look like?As a Campaign Initiative Manager, you are accountable for:Support for GTM (go to market) planning and coordinationLead campaign strategy and lead media/channel planning - including driving change, innovation & experimentationCommercial creativity – ensuring all marketing GTM activity is linked to commercial growth targetsOversee campaign asset production to support campaign deliveryTimely and successful execution of any partnership initiatives across key verticals to maximise customer outcomes and valueDevelop complex multi-channel end-to-end campaign and initiatives strategies and campaign productionAct as Marketing services expert across social, media, content, creative and production, responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex campaignsAbility to understand how to develop always-on content driven by analytics and data, dynamically curated, and augmented by AI tools (where relevant)Customer experience that is data driven and personalised, leveraging unified customer data across all interactions to allow for purposeful communications/campaigns/initiativesManage and monitor campaign performance and delivery, including relevant creative & media optimisations as well as timely reportingWhat will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Marketing Strategy: Ability to make organisational decisions on “where to play and how to win” – which specifies goals, areas of focus and key initiatives and how ANZ will successfully deliver future customer and commercial outcomes.Go to Market planning: Ability to make specific choices and course of action developed by each team / function on how they will contribute to the overall delivery of the Marketing Strategy and Portfolio Strategy and the overall customer and commercial targets.Creative Development: Ability to apply knowledge within creative development which optimises the development and effectiveness of creative assets and overall delivery of creative led customer and commercial outcomes.Media Development: Ability to apply knowledge within media which maximises media execution, innovation and delivery of media led customer and commercial outcomes.Channel Marketing: Ability to apply deep specialist knowledge within ANZ B2B and B2C channels which maximises overall channel execution and innovation and delivery of channel led customer and commercial outcomes. It requires expertise in channel knowledge (when and why), how to effectively use in activations - leveraging success principles and previous learnings to ensure the activation is executed with excellence and the optimal ROI is realised.Agency Management: Ability to partner with B2B and B2C agencies to build effective relationships, thereby enabling effective marketing solutions & shared business outcomes.Opportunity Scoping: Ability to ideate, develop and prioritise initiatives which will deliver the marketing and portfolio strategy, and their respective customer and commercial outcomes.Strategic Prioritisation: Ability to review a range of Business Case scoped initiatives; and assessing these against organisational resources to prioritise those with the greatest customer and commercial benefit.Proposition Development: Ability to translate customer insights into a statement of promise describing the value our customers will receive across service, communication and product experiences, resulting in better customer and commercial outcomes.You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
