Key responsibilities for this role include: Provide general administrative support in an effective and efficient manner, including phone and email communications, word processing including preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and correspondence, photocopying, scanning, filing, data entry, and purchasing of office supplies.Provide assistance to arrange various meetings and catering requirements.Provide assistance to coordinate various calendars and bookings.Maintain various registers and records.Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities, observing and learning from experienced staff members.Provide excellent customer service to our internal and external people. About you You will have good written and verbal communication skills.You are a self-motivated, diligent individual who demonstrates a positive approach to day-to-day work.You have a desire to thrive in a supportive environment where you can learn and grow your career. Your specialist expertise and experience should include: Completed Year 12 or equivalent.Desire and willingness to undertake and complete structured training whilst working full-time, and to attain Certificate III in Business Administration.Driver's Licence preferred.
