The opportunity: Our team in Shell Cove (2529) are currently seeking a Sales Centre Assistant to join us in our Sales and Display Suite. This is a casual role with regular weekly shifts, working 4 shifts per week between 10.30am – 3.30pm including the ability to work on weekends. Reporting to the Project Sales Manager, the Sales Centre Assistant will work closely with the team to assist in providing excellent customer service and care as well as assisting with administration to support them in their day to day operations. As the successful applicant, some of your responsibilities include: Assisting the Sales managers in all facets of the operation of the Sales and Display Suite Customer experience including meet and greet, phone and email enquiries and promoting a positive customer journey Inputting new and potential customer information into database and actioning all opportunities Sending Sales Advices to docuSign and entering sales into system Efficiently processing sales cancellations Ensuring all Customer Variations are sent to Sales Administrators for approval and maintaining accurate records of Customer Variations Assisting with market research and analysis of competitors You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences: A professional personal presentation Excellent verbal and written communication skills An ability to liaise effectively with people from a wide variety of backgrounds Adept at taking the initiative, and at working on your own and in a team A demonstrated passion for achieving excellent customer outcomes Punctuality, reliability, ethical behaviour, and excellent attention to detail are essential attributes Intermediate skills within MS Office suite, experience with SAP highly regarded Don’t quite meet every single requirement but still believe you’d be a great fit for the job?
