We work closely with a wide range of clients to provide blue collar solutions in Labour Hire, Resource Planning & Recruitment in Mining, Construction & Civil Engineering.We are looking for the right person to join our small team in a full-time position as our new Client Account Manager and work from our Gold Coast office to help expand our business in Queensland. Previous experience in either operations, recruitment or client account management in the construction or labour hire space is essential. Experience in Mining or Civil Engineering is advantageous.About this role:We are looking for an individual with a strong operations background. This is a varied and autonomous role in a fast-paced environment. At Point Force Group we will provide all necessary training on Company internal systems & processes.Role Responsibilities include:Management of existing and new client relationshipsManagement of the recruitment process from start to finish including sourcing, vetting, onboarding and placing on-site employeesManagement of on-hire employees including check ins, performance management and addressing queriesResponsible for employee file compliance in relation to HR and OHSLiaising with clients to effectively manage any pre-mobilisation, onboarding or new start paperworkManagement of client bookings and requests, rostering and other information in our mobilisation / timesheet software Alloc8.Provide ad hoc support to the State Manager with a wide range of tasks and projects.About you:Minimum 2 years experience in operations, recruitment or client account management in the construction or labour hire spaceExcellent verbal, interpersonal & written communication skillsConfident computer skills with experience using Google Workspace & Microsoft OfficeAbility to manage own workload and prioritise to meet deadlinesAutonomous, team player and calm under pressureSolid problem-solving & decision-making skillsResponsible & diligent when following internal systemsBe flexible with work hours to accommodate rostering & recruitment needsExperience in or exposure to Mining, Construction or Civil EngineeringExperience with Alloc8 software or similar rostering/scheduling or recruitment softwareAt Point Force Group, we are always interested in growing our team with people who share our company values.
