You will be responsible for planning and implementing project-based tasks related to Reception, Sales, and Customer Service activities and programs.Key responsibilities include:Leading the development, coordination, and evaluation of Reception, Sales, and Customer Service activities.Assisting in the strategic development of processes and procedures.Overseeing the centre’s day-to-day operations in consultation with other Leisure Coordinators.Ensuring compliance with all Council policies and procedures.Performing additional duties as required.About youTo be successful in this role, you will have:Tertiary qualification in recreation service delivery or several years of experience in a related field.Level 2 First Aid Certificate.Pool Lifeguard Award.Current Working with Children’s Check.Proven experience in leadership and team coordination.Strong planning, implementation, and evaluation skills for innovative procedures.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Web tools).Experience in program development and delivery.Familiarity with other software applications.Austswim Certificate (advantageous).If this sounds like the role for you, then click apply now!Child Safety ResponsibilitiesWe are committed to being a child-safe organisation and have zero-tolerance for child abuse.
