Job Description
* Manage project profitability
* Externalise within the local property market to raise company profile and generate new leads
* Assist with bid writing and negotiation of our contracts
* Integrate with the cost management teams in South Australia and provide support when required.
* Work independently and take responsibility for deliverables
Qualifications
* Recognised degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar.
* Preferable RICS and AIQS accredited.
* Sound experience in cost planning in Healthcare, Education and Commercial projects.
* Defence experience and baseline security clearance is a plus
