As a Team Assistant within the Private Wealth team, you’ll play a critical support role. Your contribution will be instrumental in delivering a high level of client service, assisting with financial advice preparation, and ensuring compliance and administrative efficiency. Responsibilities: Assist with preparing and implementing financial advice and investment proposals Support maintenance of client relationships and ongoing servicing Deliver high-level client service and manage day-to-day client communications Ensure compliance with current legislation and industry standards Identify and contribute to continuous process improvements Oversee stock settlements, fund transfers, and related client communications Manage administrative tasks including documentation, correspondence, filing, and expense reconciliation Facilitate onboarding of new clients and maintain accurate records Collaborate with internal teams and provide leave coverage for other assistants Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required Experience, and Qualifications: University Degree in Business / Economics / other finance related discipline is highly regarded Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a support capacity Experience in stock broking assistant roles would be highly desirable Proficiency in relevant IT software, including: IRESS, Agility, MS Word & MS Excel, X- Plan RG146 compliance is advantageous Personal Attributes: Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Able to manage deadlines and multitask effectively Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent time management and prioritization Sound understanding of the ASX, share markets, and corporate law Keen interest in continuous learning and personal development
