Nippy's are known for their unwavering commitment to quality, adopting a 'tree-to-table' model, ensuring only the freshest produce is delivered to consumers.About the roleAs a Key Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in the Beverage Sales team, building strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders, unlocking new customers, and delivering first-class product execution and channel engagement.Key Responsibilities:Contribute to the development and delivery of annual channel and account plans.Identify new accounts, develop promotional programs, and recommend pricing strategies.Manage claims and trade spend.Conduct range reviews, price negotiations, seasonal planning, liaise with Buyers and Category Managers.Proactive identification of product innovation, market gaps and marketing opportunities.Building and maintaining strong, collaborative working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.Formulate and implement strategic plans to achieve sales objectives and enhance profitability.Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key retail partners, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies.Manage the integration process for new accounts, ensuring a smooth transition and operational efficiency.About YouYou are a motivated and skilled professional with a strong background in the FMCG, Foodservice, or Wholesale sectors. You are passionate about building strong relationships and delivering results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
