You will work closely with Account Managers and Senior Consultants to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process. Your key responsibilities will include:Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top-tier talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry-specific platforms.Screening: Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidate applications against role requirements.Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience by providing timely communication, information, and support throughout the recruitment process.Administrative Support: Execute administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as updating and maintaining candidate databases, responding to emails, scheduling interviews, and providing general day-to-day administrative support.Onboarding Assistance: Ensure a seamless and positive transition from recruitment to employment by facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including reference checks and pre-employment requirements.Compliance: Ensure regulations, standards, and ethical practices that apply to our business are adhered to, including compliance with accurate data entry and record-keeping within our database.What you'll bring to the role:You'll be a detail-oriented and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, a proactive team player with excellent communication skills, and you aren't phased by competing priorities.In addition, we're looking for:Proven administrative experience within a customer-facing environment.
