stakeholder assessments, impact assessment etc.)Design and application of a structured change management approach including communication, training design and delivery when required, and adoption planning.Identification of learning needs to support impacted employees in adopting new ways of working.Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilisation and user proficiency following implementation of changes.Produce engaging, visual presentations and events to support transformation Work collaboratively with the Project Managers in supporting the planning the overall project / program change management strategy and ensuing plans Assist with up-front and in-phase planning of projects as and when required Working with the Manager Enterprise Change – contribute to standards, practices, tools, methodologies to be followed in performing change management activities What you'll need: 5+ years' experience in a similar role Previous experience as a Change Manager within a large corporate or within a consulting organisation; Experience in both process / business improvement as well as systems implementations; Proven experience establishing productive and strong working relationships with excellent stakeholder management skills;
