Working across the country, we exist to support and empower people through hearing health when and where they need it.Your opportunityAs a Continuous Improvement Process Analyst, you’ll be reporting to the Digital Transformation and Continuous Improvement Manager. You will be responsible for developing and implementing rapid solutions, by building an intimate understanding through continuous change, process mapping, testing and implementing tactical digital solutions. Working side by side with people who go the extra mile, you’ll also love the feeling of helping children and adults who need us. Here’s how you’ll do it:Design, test and deliver targeted improvements for clients and colleagues that remove effort and deliver revenue and cost efficiencyMap existing processes identifying process, digital and automated solutions that solve for gaps in efficiency including experience, cost (effort) and revenue leakageSupport the business case development through the delivery of proof of concepts and pilots that test and provide evidence for business case developmentSuccessfully design, implement, and optimize digital and automated journey solutions, ensuring measurable benefitsPartner with internal enabling teams to embed change to meet the agreed parameters for successWhat you’ll bringWe believe the successful candidate will have a problem-solving mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions whilst overseeing end-to-end execution. You’ll bring:Demonstrated experience in designing process improvement implementation and change preferably in the health sector. Lean management qualification desirable.Proven track record of applying insights, CX and human-centred design principles, to deliver initiatives that generate customer and business valueExperience in engaging, leading, and building organisational capability with a customer led mindsetDemonstrable ability to prototype digital solutions grounded in User Experience (UX) principlesWhat matters most?
