About the Role
This newly created role will report directly into senior site leadership, overseeing a team of approximately half a dozen.
The remit includes ownership of a multi-site footprint across Maintenance and Facilities, encompassing production, warehousing, and commercial settings.
Core activities in the role include:
* Ownership and accountability for day-to-day and strategic activities around maintenance/facilities/engineering disciplines.
* Active liaison with cross-functional stakeholders across commercial/operations disciplines.
* Development of robust systems for maintenance, including CMMS utilization and PM planning.
Requirements
We are seeking a trades professional with a hands-on mechanical/electrical background.
Key qualifications and experience include:
* Formal qualifications in a mechanical/electrical trade (preferred) or degree-qualified with a strong hands-on background.
* Demonstrated leadership experience within an operational setting.
