This position is suitable for either an experienced Speech Therapist/Pathologist or a new graduate. Duties: Formal and informal assessment and treatment of children and adolescents. Collaboration with family and other stakeholders to develop individualised and family-centred treatment plans that incorporate a holistic view of the client. Managing a varied and complex clinical caseload independently and to a high standard. Participation in team meetings. Personal Skills Required: High level communication skills. Good health and physically fit. Reliable and organised. Sound problem-solving skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Genuine interest in people and ability to relate to people of all ages and backgrounds. Skills & Experience: Bachelor/Master of Speech pathology.
