The Company Working with this family-owned Australian wholesaler, you will be responsible for the acquisition of goods and services needed in the general course of business, accomplished through the ordering, approving and control of inventory. Based in the Auburn area, this opportunity requires an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. This dynamic role offers a wide range of responsibilities, allowing you to develop multiple skills and gain valuable exposure across all aspects of the business. The Role Management of Stock Purchases Manage the processing of all goods received on MYOB Prompt and efficient follow up of purchase orders Place orders on vendors for stock, non-stock items Liaise with Accounts for processing of end of month statements Management of Inventory and documentation of stock kept within the warehouse Assist with the unloading of stock in the Warehouse, and repack room, using a Forklift Work closely with the Customer Service Manager to provide support across daily tasks The Candidate A proven track record in a similar role, particularly within Oil or Mechanics Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret reports and data Strong Excel skills, MYOB, and valid Forklift ticket is a requirement for this role Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task and work unsupervised and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Maturity and a sense of urgency High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers Benefits Permanent opportunity Auburn area Work for a family owned and operated business Busy, fast-paced role Dynamic team and supportive culture Monday to Friday, no weekend work or rotating roster Discretionary Bonus
