We are looking for a passionate, empathetic Support Worker with a can-do attitude and positive growth mindset to join our vibrant team at Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) Lifestyles, on a Casual basis.

Your role centres on supporting people with disability to live meaningful lives, and actively drive their own decisions and goals.

Your Responsibilities Include:
* Supporting clients to build new skills through the delivery of person-centred, innovative programs such as arts & craft, music, health & fitness
* Assisting clients with mealtimes, personal care and medication
* Accompanying clients on community access, such as social events, recreation or sporting activities
* Supporting clients with transport e.g. using CPA minivan
Requirements
* Available for a minimum of 3 days per week, 3 to 6 hours a day
* Available to work minimum 2 days a week during school holidays and 1 x Saturday every few weeks
* Flexibility to work across different locations - Umina, Wyong and Long Jetty
* Valid driver’s license (to drive across locations)
* Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support individuals with disabilities to reach their goal
