What you'll Do: Analyse data to identify trends and patterns. Investigate business problems and recommend solutions. Develop and assess performance metrics (KPIs, goals). Monitor and report on business performance. Support initiatives to improve team and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams for optimal performance. Conduct competitor audits and suggest improvements. Create new data capture templates and tools. Support the Vehicle Sales function by identifying performance indicators and trends at both individual and team levels, providing detailed analysis for continuous improvement. What You Bring: Experience in Data Analytics. Proficiency with reporting tools and systems. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong communication and reporting skills. Attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
