Role Responsibilities:
* Lead ARM & DRM meetings within S&OP – drive the business planning rhythm as well as an accurate and reliable category forecast.
* Own and deliver the short-term category forecast.
* Optimise TTS investment (NRM Levers 4&5) by championing the Promotional Event Analytics (PEA) tool and the insights gathered from it.
* Working with the brand lead, input and shape NPD business case development with key category and customer metrics & inputs.
* Analyse market (scan) and shopper data to build insights to support decision making and build customer strategies and stories.
* Build category knowledge and expertise within CSP and across the business by generating standardised category market (scan) data reporting and analysis (Monthly cadence).
* Support the CSP Lead with customer and category insights from standardised reporting to shape category expertise or range review delivery.
You Will Need to Succeed:
* Experiences & Qualifications: 2-3+ years of business experience, preferably cross-functional with Customer facing and Category experience with a proven track record.
* FMCGRetail industry experience, with experience in data analytics & reporting.
* Skills:
o Category Growth Management - Consistently and efficiently generates objective channel Insights with a strong understanding of individual Shopper groups their missions & their journeys.
o ChannelMastery-UnderstandsandfrequentlyintegrateselementsofUnileverand the customer's business in their work.
o Digitalcommerce–Understandsthedigitallandscape(i.e.businessmodelsand modalities), the shopper fundamentals and their implications to win in Digital Commerce.
o Commercial strategy – Understands where investment is allocated, and how it impacts the shared profit pool between Unilever and the customer.
o Data literacy – Examines & interprets a wide variety of data /information and makes recommendations or decisions; uses data analytics to form narratives/tell compelling stories.
o Executionalexcellence–Understandsthecustomer'sinventoryrequirementsand initiatives, along with the standards they are holding suppliers to meet at the category and store level.
