As we continue to expand, we're on the lookout for a skilled Finance Officer to join our team.As the Finance Officer at Bona Australia you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial vitality of our company. Your responsibilities will span across various financial functions, including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, and general ledger upkeep. Collaborating closely with the Finance Manager in Adelaide, you'll contribute to the overall financial well-being and success of our organisation.Key Responsibilities:• Assist in managing payroll operations ensuring precise and punctual payments to employees.• Assist to maintain and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, overseeing invoice processing and payment collections.• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, encompassing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.• Reconcile bank statements and oversee cash flow to maintain optimal liquidity.• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to gather financial data and facilitate financial analysis.• Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.• Uphold accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation. Key Requirements:• Demonstrated experience as a Finance Officer or in a similar role, with a robust grasp of financial processes.• Thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices.• Meticulous attention to detail and precision in financial data management.• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.Desirable:• Experience with SAP accounting software is advantageous.• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
