We are seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager for a Contract until Dec 2025 in Adelaide. You will be responsible for managing IT services across enterprise or complex portfolios, ensuring alignment with business needs and maintaining high service standards. The role will require strong experience in ITIL, M365 and familiarity with ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage IT services using Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Request and Knowledge Management processes, adhering to ITIL best practices
2. Lead IT service delivery across complex or enterprise portfolios, ensuring services meet business needs and exceed expectations
3. Handle escalations, working with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues efficiently and minimize business impact
4. Oversee Asset and Configuration Management, ensuring effective usage and compliance of IT assets
5. Ensure timely and efficient response to IT service requests, improving overall customer satisfaction
6. Maintain and develop the Knowledge Management system to enhance issue resolution and service consistency
7. Conduct service reviews, monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and drive continuous improvement initiatives
8. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery
Key Skills and Experience:
9. Proven experience in IT Service Delivery Management or a related role within enterprise or complex environments
10. Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and tools.
11. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (M365) and familiarity with ServiceNow
12. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
13. Experience managing vendor relationships and ensuring services meet SLAs
14. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive improvements in IT service delivery
