The Admissions Coordinator position aims to make it as easy as possible for individuals to access residential treatment for AOD concerns.The role will oversee the admissions process into the Wangaratta Therapeutic Community and enhance our service provision capacity by offering high-quality, evidence-based admission care to clients seeking residential treatment, and their significant others. This role is integral in providing leadership, driving change and implementing initiatives which will lead to improved efficiency, accuracy, resource utilisation and service delivery which support the Wangaratta Therapeutic Community's needs and the clients' individual journeys.The Admissions Coordinator will work closely with other staff in the AOD team to provide a flexible, responsive service to achieve the best possible recovery outcomes for clients.
