Great opportunity to join this boutique National Aggregator part of an ASX Listed Group, and drive growth of both recruitment of brokers to the platform along together with supporting existing broker members to grow their businesses with the objective of meeting business targets and objectives. Given the competitive aggregation market, the recruitment aspect of this role is critical to success therefore it is important you hold a strong and active broker network and be someone who demonstrates 'hunter' sales capability.
To be considered for this challenging yet rewarding opportunity, you will need to demonstrate the following:
* Preference for BDM's with broker recruitment aggregation experience or as a minimum broker accreditation from an Australian lender channel
* Proven ability driving growth and managing a broker sales portfolio
* Possess strong business acumen to support SME businesses
* Geniune passion for business coaching
* Strong engagement, communication & presentation skills
* Be sales driven and a proven achiever of results
* Be a self starter with ability to self manage
* Be accountable with strong committment
