Your OpportunityEvolve Talent is partnering with a leading integrated energy business dedicated to providing reliable energy solutions to Australia.Our client is leading the charge in driving renewables forward in Australia, with a $13bn mega project in NSW.The RoleReporting to the GM, the Project Risk Manager will lead Project Risk Management activities and ensure robust Risk Governance throughout the project.You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to facilitate the identification and management of project risks, as well as manage and coordinate various risk oversight forums.Responsibilities Include: Implementing a tailored risk management approach, focusing on identifying, analysing, and addressing key project risks, while supporting risk treatment plans aligned with the risk appetite.Collaborating with Project Directors and teams to strengthen controls, provide assurance to executives and the Board, and foster a positive risk culture through training initiatives.Preparing tailored risk reports for project teams, directors, executive committees, shareholders, and other key stakeholders.Supporting governance, risk, and compliance efforts by ensuring project risks are integrated across the business, assisting with enterprise risk management, audits, and providing guidance for smaller projects.Leading, coaching, and developing team members to achieve goals, solve problems, and improve work practices, while applying the company's values, policies, and performance processes.Fostering positive and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, using flexible leadership to resolve conflicts and maintain effective working partnerships. Skills & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, management, risk, or related field.Extensive experience leading risk, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects.Strong business engagement skills, enabling you to effectively communicate project risk matters to a diverse audience.
