About the role
We are seeking a Scheduler for a 12-month maternity leave cover based at our Currambine hub. This role helps older people in the community to maintain their independence at home by working to match support staff to client’s needs. Specifically, by responding to calls, email requests as well as providing rosters to staff, keeping staff records up to date and communicating with clients and support workers.
About you
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at problem solving. You’ll have a passion for delivering excellent customer service along with:
* Cert III in Office Administration/Business or equivalent is desirable
* Scheduling experience, ideally in an at home care setting
* Be available to participate in a rotating team roster including on-call (until 9 pm) and weekends and public holidays
* A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to use your initiative and problem-solving skills
* Covid and influenza vaccination is preferred but not required
* National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)
