This position will contribute to a roster of extended hours until 8pm Monday to Friday for the Short Stay Arthroplasty Program at Fremantle Hospital. We would welcome applicants to work 4pm to 8pm Monday to Friday. This position will contribute to the after hours / weekend roster. Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar Orthopaedic Senior vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 30 / 09 / 2025.Currently we are seeking Senior Physiotherapists to join our team. The successful applicants will practice as a Senior Physiotherapist and ensure practice is in accordance with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia Code of Conduct, Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and SMHS policies and guidelines. As part of the inter-disciplinary team, provides Physiotherapy services to patients in the clinical specialty area of Orthopaedics and General Surgery. Supports the Head of Department, Deputy Head of Department and P3 Senior Physiotherapist in providing supervision to the P1 Physiotherapy staff in the unit / clinical area, including allocating clinical duties and in managing performance. Acts as a Physiotherapy clinical resource to Physiotherapists and other health professionals.
