Title: Junior Application Support Analyst (EAI)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Application Support Analyst to provide exceptional support services for critical business systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the client's Application teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will act as a software assessor, utilizing their expertise in Integration / API based Prod Support, IBM MQ, and IBM App Connect Enterprise software, as well as IBM WBI Message Broker Technologies. They will be responsible for on-premises and Cloud Hosting, Capacity Management, and Monitoring, while also mentoring junior resources and coaching as required.
Skills Required:
* Integration / API based Prod Support
* IBM MQ and IBM App Connect Enterprise software
* IBM WBI Message Broker
* Configuration management
* Working knowledge of integration technologies and data extraction mechanisms like MQ, REST, API-based integration, etc.
* Understanding of AWS or Azure cloud platforms
