Job Description:
Our Head Concierge ensures the smooth operation of the Concierge team, providing exceptional service to guests at all times. You will join a fun and dynamic team who makes memorable moments for everyone who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support the Concierge team and daily concierge operations
* Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the Concierge team members, emphasizing training and teamwork
* Prepare rosters, ensuring suitable employee levels are maintained while minimizing costs
* Supervise guest transportation coordination and accurate accounting procedures
* Be proficient in using front and back office equipment and ensure preventative maintenance programs
* Appraise team member performance using the Accor performance review system
Qualifications:
* Previous leadership experience in Front Office, Concierge, or similar role
* Knowledge of Opera Cloud system preferred
* Passion for people and hospitality
* Natural leader ability to nurture and develop the best in your team
* Ability to make decisions independently and confidently in high-volume work situations
