Job Description
As a Sales Coordinator for Nine, you will be responsible for campaign coordination of inventory sales across the Nine portfolio of TV and Online assets, working across a client base of national brands.
In this diverse role, your primary function will be to support the Sales Executive and work collaboratively with external stakeholders such as media and advertising agencies as well as internal stakeholders across the business.
Day to day you will:
1. Provide regular reports to clients and the team on the delivery of campaign
2. Conduct campaign optimisation for efficient integration and customer satisfaction
3. Monitor delivery, proactively optimise performance and report progress against client goals
4. Generate, analyse and deliver ad hoc and month end delivery reports & billing
5. Identify opportunities to up-sell and grow the business
6. Process advertising bookings and efficiency in relation to advertising operations processes & procedures
Qualifications
You will be a solid team player, who shows commitment to the team's purpose and effectively contributes and shares skills/knowledge with others. You’ll have an ability to absorb information and act accordingly.

Sales or Media experience would be beneficial, but not essential
