Working with ACT Treasury and the Suburban Land Agency (SLA) within the Environment, Planning and Sustainable Development Directorate (EPSDD), the land economist will play an influential role in developing a collaborative approach to identifying and acting to resolve challenges facing the land and housing markets in the ACT. ACT Treasury and the SLA are partnering in the recruitment for this role, which will be situated within the SLA, with the land economist working under the remit of the SLA's Chief Finance and Planning Officer. Eligibility/ Other Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in economics and at least two years' experience in an economic analysis role is highly desirable. Familiarity with macroeconomic forecasting and policy analysis in a government setting would be advantageous.
