Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored behaviour support plans.
2. Providing behaviour therapy services to clients focusing on skill development and behaviour change.
3. Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure holistic support.
4. Maintaining accurate and thorough records of client progress and intervention strategies.
Qualifications:
1. Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in psychology, counselling, social work, or a related field.
2. Previous experience or a strong interest in behaviour therapy and disability support.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
5. A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
