Job Title: Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant to join our Personal Injury Law team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months' experience in legal administration/secretarial/assistant roles within a law firm, preferably with exposure to personal injury law (CTP/motor accidents, workers compensation, and/or TPD).
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the managing partner with general administration and personal injury law matters
* Engage with clients, solicitors, barristers, doctors, insurers, and other stakeholders
* Prepare correspondence, forms, and court documents
* Organise meetings, diaries, and attend to mail
* Coordinate with clients, solicitors, barristers, doctors, and insurers
