Community Clinician - 0-25 Years
Latrobe Regional Health are looking for a enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Mental Health Clinician to join our fabulous Wonthaggi Community Mental Health Team on a part time or full time, ongoing basis.
The Wonthaggi Community Mental Health Team provide Mental Health Services to the local Gippsland region and neighbouring towns, working alongside local community services to promote optimal care to the community.
As a Community Clinician (0-25) you will work within a multidisciplinary team undertaking a full range of clinical duties and supporting child and youth consumers and families during their patient journey in acute episodes within recovery and treatment.

We are looking for candidates with:
6. Qualifications as either a Registered Psychiatric Nurse (Division 1), Occupational Therapist, Social Worker or Psychologist, with relevant registration
7. Experience working within Mental Health
8. Experience and knowledge in acute mental health intervention
9. Ability to identify and provide discharge management
10. Dedication to safe best practice and quality care
11. Enthusiasm, compassion and able to work collaboratively
12. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
