Job Summary
As a Guest Service Agent at Novotel Devonport, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests warmly, checking in and out, handling luggage, responding to guest requests, and maintaining high levels of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide warm welcomes and exceptional service to all guests
* Anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly, efficiently, and courteously
* Maintain high levels of professionalism and adhere to procedures related to guest confidentiality and security
* Handle guest complaints in a positive manner and escalate as required
* Communicate effectively with other departments to assist guests with room changes, dining bookings, and other requests
Qualifications and Skills
* Energetic, team-focused, and can-do attitude
* Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
* High level of computer literacy
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work across a 24/7 roster, including evenings, mornings, and weekends
