The Department: Health Information Services
Our team provides a range of functions across Alfred Health, including VAED reporting, medical record management, clinical information requests, dictation and transcription services, and switchboard operations.
The Role: HIS Clerk
We have a permanent part-time opportunity for an HIS Clerk to join our team at The Alfred Hospital.
In this role, you will be responsible for collecting documents from clinical areas, preparing and scanning medical records, conducting quality checks, validating records, and archiving them securely. You will also perform various administrative tasks, including telephony and information release.
Requirements and Qualifications
* A Year 12 graduate or relevant experience is essential
* A valid working visa is required
