You will be expected to demonstrate your strong communication skills and previous experiences in employee relations, alongside having dealt with the United Services Union. ABOUT THE POSITION. A contract opportunity. Your role as a HR BP is to provide strategic leadership and advice to Council. You will support the Service and Project Delivery portfolio in ER matters including change management, investigations and grievances. DUTIES. Foster working relationships with business unit managers Employee relations, remuneration and benefits, WH&S, change management and talent management Apply IR skills dealing with the United Services Union Interpret employment legislation and industrial awards SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Tertiary qualifications in HRM or relevant Minimum of 5 years' experience in relevant role Previous experience working for Local Council Experience business partnering with Managers across an organisation with a robust infrastructure CULTURE.
