As we expand, we are looking to welcome enthusiastic and motivated professionals who share our passion for delivering outstanding results.THE ROLEAs an Entry Level Strata Manager (or Community Manager/Assistant Community Manager internally), you'll be client-facing, attending meetings, and managing the administration.
Starting with a small portfolio, you'll receive training and support to develop your skills.
Roles and duties will include but not limited to: Meeting attendance and minute takingWorking closely with your body corporate committeesAnswering queries and providing advicePreparing budgets, reviewing financials and arrearsCorrespondence and dispute resolutionEnsuring prompt adherence to meeting timelinesPreparation of budgets and review of financialsPrompt and effective responses to emails and phone callsWriting correspondence, meeting agendas and minutesProviding advice to the CommitteeThe building of sound relationships with the Committees and OwnersTHE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:Ideally you will have previous strata or property management experience.
However, you may have a keen interest in the industry and be looking to showcase your strong interpersonal and administrative skills.
Full training and support will be provided by an experienced team to help you succeed.Successful traits for this role include being a solution finder, confident speaker, and effective researcher, while staying calm under pressure.
