QualificationsAt least three years general culinary; pastry / baking; or butchery experience in a luxury hotel environment is requiredDocumented culinary certification (Red Seal certificate, Journeyman's papers of international equivalent) is strongly preferredAt least 1 year international experience is preferredDemonstrated creative culinary skills are requiredStrong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written, fluent in English) skills are requiredProven ability to work efficiently in a demanding and fast paced environmentProven ability to work cohesively as part of a team in a multi-cultural, diverse environmentProven ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesComputer literate in MS Office applications is an assetStrong work ethic, highly responsible, reliable and the ability to work shifts, extended hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays is required#J-18808-Ljbffr
