The Position This company is looking for a Business Development Manager to join them, working from their North Brisbane Head Office, and develop new customers within the Queensland and National marketplace. Selling products for use in pavement stabilisation, ground improvement, soil reinforcement, water management, drainage systems and hydraulics works. On an average day you will: Execute high level sales strategies on a national basis Develop new business opportunities Manage existing accounts and projects Be tasked with analytical reporting of the sales process Provide full collaboration with the operation team to provide exceptional service The Benefits If you are the right person for the role then this company will offer: A salary of between $95k - $130k + Super (base pending experience) A company car A generous quarterly bonus paid on sales results The Candidate In order to be considered for this role the ideal candidate will have the following attributes: Experience in either geosynthetics, civil engineering or shoring Full complement of computer skills (MS Word, Excel and CRM platforms) A background of selling into civil engineering, construction and municipal projects Excellent relationship development and people skills Is a strong and analytical problem solver Enjoys hunting new business We are looking for a person to join a young but exceptionally forward-thinking company for a long-term future as part of our team.
