With a strong governance framework, we oversee over $1.5 billion in funds and are committed to upholding accountability, human rights, and effective compliance.About the Role As Levies Officers you will work to resolve enquiries from levy payers and provide a range of services.Your immediate focus will be to assist in the preparation and processing of project finalisation requests to capture variances between the cost of work originally notified and the cost of work once the project has concluded. General ledger amendments are updated to align with the supporting documentation and are reflected again in the levy revenue report.Your Responsibilities Using your understanding and experience in administration, you will: process levy revenue and project finalisation using the customer relationship management and finance systems reconcile and assess the project accounting information provided by stakeholders against their project notification provide accurate and timely advice to customers and other stakeholders about QLeave's role and the services we provide interpret and apply our policies and procedures (based on our legislation) when providing information to customers and other stakeholders communicate face-to-face, in writing and via telephone with customers and other stakeholders in a clear, professional and polite way support the day to day administrative and processing requirements of the levies team promote QLeave's role and the services we provide to customers and other stakeholders to improve awareness of the schemes we administer ensure correct processes are followed by clients and report and/or follow up on non-compliance accurately update and maintain registers of customer information, files and records and record issues and keep file notes in accordance with work procedures suggest improvements to systems, work practices and processes build and sustain positive productive team relationships to support a changing business environment and customer needs and expectations communicate clearly, concisely and openly using an adaptive style and approach assist with managing the incoming calls to the levies team This position reports to the Supervisor, Levies and has no supervisory responsibilities.What Are We Looking For?
