You will take ownership and help foster a high-energy, high-performance culture. Key job responsibilities Lead go-to-market strategy and implementation for Echo products in ANZ, from evaluating product concepts, developing business cases and reviewing investment plans with Amazon Devices leadership. Architect the local launch strategy, leading the cross-functional team to deliver a seamless, successful product launch across marketing, onsite CX, distribution channels, and more. Act as customer and product evangelist internally and externally with all associated teams. Measure and analyse existing products for opportunities to innovate and improve, providing additional benefits to customers. Co-own usage and engagement targets; track progress and action plan to achieve goals in regular business reviews. Develop campaigns to test and learn about customer behavior on device; share best practices across categories and regions.
