The position also coordinates defined day-to-day registry administrative operations to meet Registry milestones, supports Registry functions including Committees, and other defined routine administrative operations. The position suits a friendly and outgoing personality who is detail-oriented and thorough, with strength in organisation, communication and working to deadlines. In particular, this role involves:Communication with patients, surgeons and stakeholdersMonitoring and coordination of the Registry InboxOrganisation of agendas, minutes and scheduling for Registry Committee meetings and other events Assisting with maintenance of the AOANJRR websiteReport distribution and coordination, including their editing and formattingDeveloping, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and proceduresProviding a high level of administrative services and support to the Executive Manager Registry ServicesEnsuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintainedTo be successful in this role, applicants will have: Qualifications in a relevant field, with appropriate relevant experienceHigh level computing skills over a range of software packages including Office and WindowsExperience in managing databases is desirable.
