Your primary responsibility in this role will be to support the scale up of the Office of General Counsel (OGC)’s contract simplification and automation project – Fast Track Contracts – to streamline contracting and cut red ta p e for the University community. Under the broad guidance of the Director, Legal Operations, your key responsibilities will be to: use the University’s “no code” workflow automation software, Nintex Workflow Automation, to develop and deploy automated contracts, and improve and maintain those workflows over time scope, develop and deliver high quality automation projects in accordance with firm project milestones build rapport with key stakeholders within and external to OGC in relation to legal innovation to deliver an ex ceptional end user experience help us more broadly to create and champion best practice simplification and improvement frameworks, tools and methodologies and expand learning opportunities in relation to legal innovation with in OGC and beyond to better support the important work of the University’s academic community. About you self-motivated with strong attention to detail proven experience in workflow automation, ideally in a similar no/low code automation role in a large complex organisation advanced working knowledge and curiosity with software programs, including Microsoft 365 applications proven experience with HTML tech-savvy with a growth mindset around self-led continuous education and up-skilling excellent organisational and interpersonal skills Sponsorship / work rights for Aust ralia Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
