Product Manager – CommSecSee yourself in our teamCommSec is Australia's leading online broker.The Product & Investing Solutions (P&IS) Crew is the engine that drives the end-to-end design and management of CommSec’s product portfolio (Equities, Margin Lending, Cash, and Derivatives). We manage, develop, and implement new products, features, and services to empower more Australians to grow their wealth.Do Work That MattersAs a Product Manager, you will be part of the Product Chapter and work with the P&IS Crew’s Customer Remediation and Product Fulfilment squad. You will partner with the Product Owner to lead strategic initiatives, deliver on our roadmap, address issues and incidents, build a culture of continuous improvement, and enable continued compliance with regulatory obligations. You will work with a diverse set of stakeholders to deliver customer-focused outcomes through risk optimisation and product fulfilment.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Turn Strategy into Reality: Supporting the Product Owner to help bring the product strategy to life. Planning and managing initiatives across the squad to deliver on customer and business outcomes.Customer Remediation: Implement and lead remediation programs and projects, ensuring they are delivered in a timely and effective manner for our customers.Ensure product compliance with regulatory obligations and relevant Group Policies and Standards, while delivering for our customer needs. This includes proactively monitoring the risk and control environment to identify, mitigate, and resolve issues and incidents.Lead and deliver on product initiatives, understanding the needs of our customers, including pain points to drive change and deliver customer and business outcomes.Manage and monitor change to continuously improve the product offering and processes to facilitate the overall customer experience, and provide recommendations to improve results.Keep abreast of industry and regulatory trends to inform the product roadmap and enable continued compliance with regulatory obligations.Build and foster strong relationships across the value chain to ensure efficient delivery of the product roadmap and resolution of issues.Help us deliver a better future for CommSec. We are interested to hear from people who:A self-starter with demonstrated experience in banking or related financial services with proven experience in product management, business analysis, risk management, or project delivery, with a strong customer focus.The ability to think analytically and use data to develop insights, make decisions, and influence senior stakeholders.Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage competing priorities.Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to lead and influence across a broad range of stakeholders.Strategic thinking with demonstrated success in leading and delivering initiatives.Comfortable navigating ambiguity and able to work flexibly through change.Experience working in an agile environment and enjoy collaborating with others.RG146 accreditation, understanding of trading, other investing products, or remediation experience will set you apart from the competition.Tertiary qualification in a Business/Commerce/Finance degree preferred.A risk mindset – all CommBank employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss, and act on current and future risks.
