About the position OneCare is seeking a Chief Business, Property and Retirement Living Officer (CBPRLO) to support the development and improved integration of our precinct service delivery model that includes three core business streams of residential care services, community/home care and retirement living villages. The CBPRLO will have oversight and responsibility in the areas of business development, property management, service expansion and integration across the three business streams. The CBPRLO also has oversight of OneCare's Home Care growth strategy and Information Technology services.
The successful applicant must demonstrate effective people and leadership skills that support our service level and corporate managers to be successful through a collaborative and servant leadership approach.
The role is supported by three additional executive positions including the Chief Operations Officer (COO), Chief Financial Officer and Chief Clinical Officer. The CBPRLO is also supported by a Manager of Property & Contracts, Manager Information Technology Services Statewide Home Care Manager, and Statewide Retirement Living and Project Manager.

More about the role: Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the CBPRLO is a key member of the Executive and responsible for managing a small to medium sized team, who will lead the following areas;
