About therole:
Are you ready to embark on athrilling journey of continuous cyber security excellence? Do youhave a passion for crafting and executing strategies, policies, andprojects that fortify our critical technologies? If so, we have anexciting opportunity for you as a permanent Cyber Security ProjectOfficer!
As a permanent Cyber Security ProjectOfficer, you will play a vital role in strengthening ournation’s cyber capabilities in state. Your mainresponsibility will be to contribute to the development andexecution of high-level strategies, policies, and projects thatalign with the Government’s agenda and departmentaloutcomes.
Your expertise will play a pivotalrole in shaping forward-looking plans that identify opportunitiesand foster cross-government collaboration to support economicgrowth.
Key SelectionCriteria:
To apply and succeed in the role, youwill have:
1. Strong knowledge of the Cyber Security Industry and Critical Technologies sectors.
2. Communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively with people at all levels including proven ability to advise, consult, liaise and influence, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
3. Strong communicator with high level written communication skills, including the ability to develop strategic documents for Cabinet and Parliamentary processes.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships within the Cyber Security Industry and Critical Technologies sectors.

Remuneration:
Competitive salary (ASO6 $95,588 min- $101,109 max pa) plus superannuation

Qualifications:
Project management qualifications andexperience preferred.
Previous experience working in thePublic Sector is desirable.
