In this key leadership role, you'll shape and deliver the strategy behind our People & Culture (P&C) technology roadmap.
You'll be supported by a UX-focused team that specialises in systems optimisation, process improvement, and workforce analytics across the employee lifecycle.
Your impact will be felt across the bank, as you drive data-led decisions, lead digital enablement initiatives, and enhance the employee experience.
You'll be the owner of our core people systems (HRIS, Payroll, LMS), ensuring they are seamlessly integrated, automated, and aligned with our broader digital transformation strategy.
Your responsibilities will include: Developing and leading the P&C technology roadmap in line with our digital and workforce strategiesChampioning automation, simplification, and process optimisation whilst exploring emerging tech, AI, and predictive analyticsLeading a high-performing team of systems and improvement specialists, and workforce data analysts, promoting a culture of innovation, insight-driven thinking, and exceptional serviceProviding real-time, strategic workforce analytics and reporting, delivering dashboards, predictive analytics, and people trends to empower business leaders with insights for strategic planning and forecastingManaging of our P&C tech vendor relationships, contracts, and service performance, whilst overseeing system governance and compliance across security and risk standards About you:
You're a systems thinker, people leader, and insights strategist all in one.
You know how to leverage technology and data to transform employee experiences and support a high-performing culture.
You'll Bring: Substantial experience in P&C technology, digital transformation, or workforce analytics (financial services preferred).Expertise in HRIS, Payroll, LMS systems and analytics tools.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver tech-enabled, data-driven solutions.Experience managing technology integrations, cloud platforms, and APIs.Strong vendor management and stakeholder influencing skills.A passion for making complex processes simple, automated, and effective.
