We're seeking an L&D Instructional Designer - Leadership and Operations who will create innovative learning journeys.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to develop engaging learning experiences, write learning programs, and design leadership pathways.
Key responsibilities include:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand learning needs and craft innovative learning experiences.
* Write and develop learning programs for leadership and beyond, including face-to-face, virtual, and blended formats.
* Develop learning pathways that foster leadership, compliance, and career growth.
* Deliver resources, tools, and materials that inspire action.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Demonstrated experience designing leadership, compliance, and other innovative learning programs.
* A sharp eye for detail and quality assurance.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Stellar time management and project management skills.
* Advanced expertise in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
